Return/Refund Policy
- We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 2 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
- If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.
- Return / Refund request will cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
- Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened as this will help them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage during the transit.
- Product should be packed in a proper way as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request.
- All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product.
- If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds may be takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Do you want to cancel it? You can ask us to cancel your order or update your address by email or call. We will get back to you via email or call within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in the “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be changed or cancelled. Orders take 2 business days to process, if your order has already been transferred to the processing status, you cannot change or cancel it. You will be notified of the status of your order via email. In some cases, a 5% bank charge may be charged depending on the payment method used by the customer when an order is cancelled. (This is because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is cancelled and refunded.) Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellations and refunds without valid reasons. SNT Computer reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
